Are you looking to deactivate a building that is currently not in use? Follow these steps to disable a building through your TenantPay portal:
Click on the "Buildings" menu from your left-side menu.
Select the building you wish to deactivate and click the "Disable" button.
Click "Yes" to disable the building. It's essential to be aware that disabling a building will result in any payments for that building being flagged as exceptions. Before disabling, notify your residents. If a refund is requested, a chargeback of CA$25.00 will be applied.
The right side of the building list displays inactive buildings. To view these buildings, you can utilize the filter option by selecting "status" and choosing from "all," "active," or "inactive."
You can rest easy about the building you no longer wish to manage.
