Once you integrate TenantPay with Yardi Voyager, the list of tenants will be pulled from Yardi into TenantPay, and tenants will have their TenantPay number assigned. When a tenant pays through TenantPay, the payment information will be pushed to Yardi.

Data required from Yardi Voyager:

For this integration to occur, first, you must follow the instructions in this article to have all the information needed from Yardi Voyager. The following data from Yardi is required for the setup:

- Username
- Password
- Server Name
- Database Name

- Field name to map TenantPay Number
- Platform (Oracle or SQL Server)
- Resident URL
- Transaction URL

How to set up the TenantPay / Yardi Voyager integration:

  1. Click on "Integrations" from the left-side menu. 





     2. Click on Yardi.




        

     3. You will be able to access the Integration Guide to confirm all the data that will be required to proceed with this integration. Please click on Integration Guide.

Once you have all the data required from your Yardi Voyager portal, click on "Add Yardi Config":





     4. Choose the name for this configuration and complete the fields using the information from your Yardi Voyager portal. Once all fields are populated, click on "Save."





5. If all the information in the fields is correct, you will see the message "Valid information for <Property Management Name>."
