You can easily deactivate a bank account if you no longer use it.
Go to the "Bank Accounts" tab from the left-side menu.
Click on the bank account you would like to disable. Then click on "Disable" at the bottom of the pop-up page.
Inform your tenants that you can no longer accept payments linked to the account number associated with this bank account to avoid a CA$ 25.00 service fee for the refund process if needed.
Check the "I understand" box and hit "yes" to disable it.
