TenantPay provides users with the option to create two distinct types of profiles under their account:


  • Admins: Administrators can add/update bank accounts, add managers, and manage integrations with other tools.


  • Managers: Managers are limited to viewing and overseeing properties linked to specific bank accounts assigned to them by administrators.



  1. Go to “Managers” on the left side of the menu.





  1. Click on the “Add Manager” on the right side at the top of the page. 





  1. Fill in all the required information, select the role you want to add to this profile: admin or manager and click "save."





Completed! Your TenantPay account now has an additional profile linked to it, allowing the new user to fully access and enjoy the features of the TenantPay portal, depending on their role.
