You must provide your tenants with their unique TenantPay account numbers so that they can begin making payments through TenantPay.


  1. Go to the "Residents" tab on the side menu to access a list of residents. 




  1. Choose the resident to whom you wish to send the TenantPay number, and then click on "Payment Letter" located at the bottom of the pop-up page.





  1. The letter will be displayed at the bottom of the pop-up page, allowing you to send it via email or SMS. Alternatively, you can download the letter and send it as a physical copy. When sending it via email or SMS, you also have the option to include a personalized note along with the letter.






Your resident is now prepared to initiate payments using TenantPay.
