Before adding a resident, it is essential first to add a unit because the system requires each resident to be linked to a specific unit. Ensure you've already set up a building before adding units.


Additionally, for those importing resident data in bulk via a CSV file, please note there's no requirement to add the units.


Following the steps below, you can add a unit: 


  1. Go to the "Units" tab from the left-side menu.





  1. Click on the “Add Unit” on the right side at the top of the page. 





  1.  Select the building for this unit and enter all necessary details, like the unit number. Optionally, add a unit name or an external reference ID. Click "Save" to complete. 





Your unit has been successfully added, and you can add a resident to it.
